REUNIFICATION INFORMATION

The purpose of a “Reunification” drill is to prepare students and parents in the event of an emergency at the school that would require a lock down situation in which students would need to be reunited with parents personally.

In the event of an actual “Reunification event”, please be prepared to be reunited with your child by bringing the following information with you:

1. Photo ID-Required
2. The card filled out completely (download form here)
3. Also, make sure you have turned in the green card to your child’s teacher with all your most current contact info.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. You must have a photo ID. Please be prepared.
2. Get in the check out line.
3. Remember you may not check out students who are not your own children unless you are listed as an emergency contact on the school contact card in the office.
4. After check-in, staff will take this card and a runner will be sent to recover your student. Please step over to the Reunification Location.
5. Please do not shout at school or district staff. We will get through this as quickly as possible.

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Debe tener una identificación con foto. Por favor esté preparado.
2. Entre en la línea de salida.
3. Recuerde que usted no puede retirar a los alumnos que no son sus propios hijos a menos que usted esté listado como un contacto de emergencia en la tarjeta de contacto de la escuela en la oficina.
4. Después de registrarse, el personal tomará esta tarjeta y un corredor será enviado para recuperar a su alumno. Pase a la ubicación de reunificación.
5. Por favor sea amable con el personal del distrito. Pasaremos por esto lo más rápido posible.
